You can plug up to four (4) devices like a Plain-Paper Fax, Answering Machine, Voice Alarm Dialer, Cordless Phone, Multi-line Phone, Standard Deskset Speakerphone, PBX Telephone Switch, or Laptop PC

The tiny black box shown above with antenna is a Cellular Fixed Wireless Terminal. If you plug in a phone (to the American-Made unit), you hear what sounds like a real Dialtone tm. All faxes need that dialtone or comparison sound before they can dial out.

In the USA, we have two types-one for Verizon/Alltel (CDMA) and the other for T-Mobile, Cellular One, USA Cellular & other Independent Carriers (GSM), both systems offering Voice & Fax (and slow Data).
