Que Call

SORRY, THIS ITEM HAS BEEN DIS-CONTINUED (Back to CALL MANAGERS)

QueCall is a call sequencer that answers your incoming phone calls when all your telephone personnel are busy and keeps callers in a pleasant "hold" environment until their call can be handled.

QueCall ensures that all your incoming calls will be answered in a professional manner without your callers hearing extensive ringing or busy signals. With QueCall, your staff is able to handle each call in the proper order, free of the stress brought on by ringing phones.

Applications:

General Business: QueCall can be used to answer overflow calls for your whole company or just for particular extensions. QueCall can also act as a call filter by giving out repetitive information prior to ringing calls through to your staff.

Call Centers: Use QueCall to answer incoming calls for sales, technical support, or customer service operations. This guarantees that even during busy times, your customers' calls will not go unanswered and will be delivered in the proper sequence to your attendants.

Independent Professionals: QueCall is a professional alternative to call waiting and voice mail for doctors, stockbrokers, realtors, attorneys, or consultants who often have more incoming calls than they can handle at one time.

Service Operations: Reservation lines, ticketing agents, retail stores, restaurants, hotel / motels, car rental agencies, etc. often have to handle short, repetitive incoming calls. QueCall can help manage call volume peaks as well as provide callers with informative sales and service messages while they are on hold.

Installation & Operation:

QueCall is generally installed on one to four phone lines, ahead of a phone system or single-line phones, using RJ31X connectors. In this operation, QueCall is compatible with all types of phone equipment.

QueCall can also be connected to analog extension ports of a PBX or hybrid key system to handle calls for a specific department or for a second phone system. QueCall is easily programmed from a standard touch-tone phone connected to the unit.

In Day Mode, QueCall will answer calls in 0-9 rings, as you have programmed, play your day greeting, and then put the call on hold. While on hold, the caller will hear a second user-recorded message at regular (programmable) intervals, reminding the caller you will be with them shortly. If a music on hold system is connected to QueCall's RCA jack, music or a promotional message will be heard between playings of the second message. QueCall will ring the phone system in the manner you have programmed and display the line with the oldest call. A free attendant then need only select the line displayed to retrieve the call, and QueCall will then display the next oldest call.

In Night Mode, QueCall will answer calls and play the night message while ringing the phone system. After the night message, it will ring the phone system for an additional 10 seconds and then disconnect unanswered calls.

Features:

[Bullet]Four Line Capacity: QueCall can handle up to 4 incoming calls simultaneously, either from incoming trunk lines or from analog station ports on a phone system. Each of the QueCall line ports can be turned on or off as your application requires.

[Bullet] Daisy-Chain for up to Eight Lines: Two QueCall units can be connected together to provide seamless call processing for up to eight incoming lines.

[Bullet] User-Recorded Digital Voice Messages: QueCall comes with a total of 2 minutes of high quality digital voice storage for the user to record up to three messages: a main message, a repeating message, and a night message.
[Bullet] Input Jack for Music on Hold: Connect your own music on hold or promotional message system to the QueCall RCA jack to have music or information played to callers in the interval between QueCall's repeating message.

[Bullet] Ring-Through Modes: QueCall's built-in ring generator can be programmed to: 1) Continue to ring all calls through to the phone system while the callers hear QueCall's messages, 2) Ring only the oldest call through to the phone system, 3) Ring the oldest call through to the phone system only when an operator is available, or 4) Ring the QueCall internal ringer and not the phone system.

[Bullet] User-Customized Programming: Program QueCall for your application with your own settings for: rings to answer, time between the repeating message, lines to answer, how to ring the phone system, and day to night mode operation.

[Bullet] Front Panel Display: QueCall's display will show the line number of the oldest call on hold; allow you to view your data programming; and display call statistics on demand.

[Bullet] Call Statistic Reporting: Basic statistics can be displayed on demand on QueCall's display or the remote display, including: time all lines are occupied, average hold time, abandoned calls, long hold-times, and many more.
[Bullet] Compatible with Loop Start or Ground Start Lines: QueCall can be programmed to work with either loop start or ground start phone lines.

[Bullet] Connect Through Ability: If a line is not occupied with an incoming call, it can be accessed for an outgoing call. In the event of a power failure, all lines will pass directly through to the phones or the phone system.

Options:

[Bullet] Remote Display: When QueCall is installed away from your attendants, remote displays can be added to reflect the data normally shown on the front display, and to allow you to program the unit from these remote locations.

[Bullet] Answering Machine / Printer Board: This board provides a port to connect an answering machine to QueCall and a port to connect a printer. Callers on hold in QueCall can dial "22" to exit from the hold queue and leave a message on the connected answering machine. QueCall's statistics can be printed in a report format on the connected printer.
